The customer agrees to the following policies upon placing their order or making a purchase:
Special Orders
Special orders are welcome & will be happily accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to J Lynne Bling to discuss any special orders you may want to commission. Because these items are made by special request, they are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or sale prices. Coupons and discounts cannot be used on special orders. The customer is responsible for approving the design & option choices prior to the start of producing their order. Payment is due in full prior to J Lynne Bling ordering supplies & producing special orders. J Lynne Bling reserves the right to decline any potential special order.
Due to the handmade nature of J Lynne Bling’s items, no two items are exactly the same & therefore, an item may slightly differ from the posted photos.
J Lynne Bling reserves the right to reproduce special-order items & to photograph all items they create. J Lynne Bling may use these photographs at their discretion for advertising or as samples within their listings. Please let J Lynne Bling know if you wish to not have your order be published.
A $5 Supply Shipping Fee will be added to all special orders to cover the cost of supplies being shipped to J Lynne Bling.
Payment for special orders is due prior to ordering supplies. J Lynne Bling will send an invoice to the email address provided by the customer. Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. J Lynne Bling also accepts cash payments; however, payment apps such as PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zell, etc. are not accepted for special orders.
Items Damaged During Shipping
If the customer’s order arrives damaged due to shipping, they must notify J Lynne Bling within 5 business days from the date of delivery & I will be happy to resolve any issues. J Lynne Bling requires pictures of both the shipping package as well as the damaged item(s). Customers will not be responsible for return shipping on any damaged item.
Turn Around & Shipping Times
Current production for all special orders is 7 to 14 days after the date that J Lynne Bling receives the materials to make your order. J Lynne Bling is not responsible for the length of time it takes for the supplies to be delivered to them from other companies. This is dictated by the other company’s shipping time & policies. Please discuss any concerns related to this with J Lynne Bling prior to placing your order.
Items will be shipped via USPS with insurance. Items can be shipped via UPS with insurance at the customer’s request. Tracking will be provided once your package has shipped. You are responsible for ensuring the mailing address you provide is correct.
For pick up/deliveries to the immediate Cadillac, MI area, J Lynne Bling will arrange with the customer a date & time to deliver or for them to pick up their order once the order is complete. For customer convenience, pick-up at The Bird House (located at 111 N. Mitchell St., Suite A, Cadillac, MI) is available during their normal business hours. J Lynne Bling’s goal is to have the customer’s order delivered within 7 days of completion of the order.
Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for paying postage to ship their order. All packages are shipped using Pirate Ship in order to make the shipping affordable. Insurance will be included on all packages. The customer will be provided a tracking number once their order ships. Orders will be shipped via USPS or, upon customer request, can be shipped through UPS.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds & exchanges will not be processed until the product has been returned to J Lynne Bling. Once J Lynne Bling is in possession of the item(s), we will process the refund/exchange in accordance with this policy. Please be aware that J Lynne Bling will not accept any forced returns/exchanges. A forced return/exchange is defined as one that was not approved by J Lynne Bling prior to the item being returned. The customer must contact J Lynne Bling via Facebook Messenger or email to jlynnebling@gmail.com prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange & it must be approved. Refunds will only be made for Items with defects created during the manufacturing process or damage during shipping. Items can be exchanged for any in stock item, with the customer paying any difference in price, within 30 days of the date of delivery. Items cannot be exchanged for special order or out of stock items. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs related to the exchange or return.
Product Guarantee
All products are guaranteed to be clear of defects or damage caused by the manufacturing process. Should the customer notice their product has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receiving the item, they may request a refund or exchange. Alligator clips, belt clips, heavy duty belt clips, lanyards, & stethoscope tags are guaranteed for 30 days after delivery or purchase only & will not be replaced at no cost after this time has lapsed.
Normal wear & tear does not constitute a defect of the manufacturing process. Damage from dropping, misuse, incorrect cleaning, or failing to follow the provided care instructions are not a part of the guarantee & will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please note all items are handmade & they may have slight imperfections on them. Those are not defects in the manufacturing or customization process.
