Custom & Special Orders

Custom orders not listed on this website are available on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to J Lynne Bling to discuss any custom orders you may want. Because these items are made by request, they are not eligible for refunds & exchanges. The customer is responsible for approving the design & option choices prior to the start of producing their order. J Lynne Bling reserves the right to decline any potential custom order.

Due to the handmade nature of J Lynne Bling’s items, no two items are exactly the same & therefore an item may slightly differ from the posted photos.

J Lynne Bling reserves the right to reproduce custom & special-order items & to photograph all items they create. J Lynne Bling may use these photographs at their discretion for advertising or as samples within their listings. Please let J Lynne Bling know if you wish to not have your order be published.

Supplies are generally ordered every 4-6 weeks, including custom & special-order pieces. If the customer wishes to have the supplies ordered prior to the next bulk order, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees.

Payment for custom & special orders is due prior to ordering supplies. All custom orders will be invoiced to the customer to the email address they provide. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receiving them, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Items Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify J Lynne Bling within 5 business days from the date of delivery & I will be happy to resolve any issues. J Lynne Bling requires pictures of both the shipping package as well as the damages item(s). Customers will not be responsible for return shipping on any damaged item.

Turn Around & Shipping Times

Current production for all custom & special orders is 7 to 14 days after the date that J Lynne Bling receives the materials to make your order. J Lynne Bling is not responsible for the length of time it takes for the supplies to be delivered to them from other companies. This is dictated by the other company’s shipping time & policies. Please discuss any concerns related to this with me prior to placing your order.

Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking will be provided once your package has shipped. You are responsible for ensuring the mailing address you provide is correct.

For pick up/deliveries to the immediate Cadillac, MI area, J Lynne Bling will arrange a date & time with you once your order is complete. My goal is to have it delivered within 7 days of completion of your order.

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for paying for the postage cost to ship their order. All packages are shipped using Pirate Ship in order to make the shipping affordable. You will be provided a tracking number once your order ships. Orders can be shipped via USPS or UPS.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds & exchanges will not be processed until the product has been returned to J Lynne Bling. Once J Lynne Bling is in possession of the item(s), they will process the refund/exchange. Please be aware that J Lynne Bling will not accept any forced returns/exchanges. A forced return/exchange is defined as one that was not approved by J Lynne Bling prior to the item being returned. You must contact J Lynne Bling via Facebook Messenger or email to jlynnebling@gmail.com prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange & it must be approved. Refunds will only be made for Items with defects created during the manufacturing process or damage during shipping. Items can be exchanged, with the customer paying any difference in price, within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs related to the exchange.

Product Guarantee

All products are guaranteed to be clear of defects or damage caused by the manufacturing or customization process. Should you notice your product has a manufacturing or customization defect within 30 days of receiving the item, you may request a refund or exchange.

Normal wear & tear does not constitute a defect of the manufacturing/customization process. Damage from dropping, misuse, incorrect cleaning, or failing to follow the provided care instructions are not a part of the guarantee & will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please note all items are handmade & they may have slight imperfections on them. Those are not defects in the manufacturing or customization process.
